   My IQOS 3 Duo arrived from Russia as promised. It took a while to get to the USA because of Russian and US customs but it got here. I was skeptical about ordering from Russia but these guys delivered. I mistakenly paid in Euros instead of dollars through their payment system so I may have overpaid a little. I'm going to buy my heat sticks here in the US and not risk having them confiscated by US customs. They're not available widely in the US. As a long haul trucker, I get mine when I make a run through Virginia and stop at the Pilot truck stop off I81 at exit 291 in Tom's Brook, VA and pick up 4 or 5 cartons at a time.
   "Smoking. " the IQOS is a little different than a regular cigarette. You pretty much have to dedicate your 5 or 6 minutes to just puffing on it. You can't let it hang out of your mouth or sit idle in an ashtray. I consider it an alternative nicotine delivery system that is more socially acceptable than traditional cigarettes. It remains to be seen if you can get away with using it in restaurants, offices or even on an airplane. I smoke both regular cigarettes and the IQOS. I hope to wean myself off cigarettes and use only the IQOS in time to improve my health and live longer.
   It's different than smoking regular cigarettes but you still get the nicotine that you crave.
   The IQOS 3 duo is a quality product and works perfectly and is well thought out. You can smoke 2 heat sticks in a row before you need to recharge the holder in the pocket charger. The pocket charger is good for about 20 heat sticks before you need to plug it in to recharge. The IQOS from Russia has a European plug so you'll need to get a travel adapter to plug in here in the US. The charger is dual voltage so you can plug it into any 110 or 220 volt outlet. This makes it handy if you do any travelling outside the US. Some periodic cleaning is required but only takes a few minutes with the special cleaning tool included with the kit.
   Overall I'm thoroughly pleased with both the IQOS product as well as the honest service from buytobaccosticks.com. Order with confidence and happy "smoking"!
